Lead Replacement Policy
At Clever Closers, we pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of the leads we provide to our valued clients. We understand the importance of relevant and actionable leads in your business's success, which is why we have established a transparent and fair Lead Replacement Policy.
Eligibility for Lead Replacement:
Clients are eligible to request a lead replacement within 48 hours from the receipt of the lead under the following conditions:
Age Criteria: The lead is over the age of 85 years old. Our commitment is to provide leads that align with your target demographic, and we acknowledge that leads over this age threshold may not serve your business needs effectively.
Duplicate Leads: The lead has already been received by you from our services. We understand the need for fresh prospects, and duplicate leads do not align with this objective.
Geographical Mismatch: The lead resides outside of your selected states. We acknowledge the importance of geographical targeting in effective lead generation, and we strive to deliver leads that fall within the territories stipulated by you.
Disconnected Phone Numbers: The lead provided has a 100% disconnected phone number, rendering the lead nonviable for conversion.
Non-Eligible Leads:
Wrong Person: We do not replace leads in cases where the lead turns out to be the wrong person. While we endeavor to provide accurate information, such instances can occur, and we encourage clients to consider these as part of the natural course of sales and marketing efforts.
Lead Replacement Process:
Submission of Request: If you believe a lead qualifies for a replacement based on the criteria listed above, please submit a replacement request to our team by emailing support@cleverclosers.com within 48 hours of receiving the lead. The request should include the lead's details and the reason for replacement.
Verification: Upon receipt of your request, Clever Closers' internal team will conduct a verification process. This includes:
a. For disconnected phone numbers, our team will initiate calls to verify the status of the phone number.
b. For other criteria, we will review the provided information against our records to confirm the validity of the replacement request.
Resolution: Once the verification is complete and the request is validated, we will replace the lead within 72 hours. The replacement lead will be sent to you via your assigned Google Sheet, ensuring that the new lead adheres to your specified criteria.
Please note, Clever Closers reserves the right to limit the number of replacements provided to each client within a specific period. This policy is subject to change, and any modifications will be updated on our website.
